ALPD Laboratory Program Payments

Veterinarians may make partial payments on an Account by indicating which Case number to apply the payment to. If no Case Number is provided, the payment will be applied to the oldest Case Number with a balance due. Accounts that are greater than 90 days overdue will result in suspension of laboratory services until the invoice is paid.

Lab fees must be paid in full before testing is performed on submissions directly from animal owners.
